Registration
A place is reserved when the registration form is submitted. A confirmation and invoice are sent by email.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Tuition is paid by invoice before the course start date, using the payment instructions on the emailed invoice.
Cancellation and refunds

| Fewer than 14 days before the start date | 50% refund, or transfer to a later start date at no charge |
| After the second live session | No refund; transfer to a later start date may be arranged |
If Groundwork AI Training cancels a course, tuition is refunded in full.
Substitutions
An employer may substitute another employee before the first live session at no charge.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to register participants, deliver training and issue invoices and certificates. Information is not sold or shared, except with the employer that registered the participant, or where required by law. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

Please tell us at registration if a participant needs accommodation, and we will work with you to arrange it.
